Every House of Mozambeak sofa is made with carefully selected materials. Simple, regular care will preserve its beauty, comfort and character.

Teak Wood: Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, heat and harsh chemicals. Wipe spills immediately. Do not apply oil or polish unless recommended for the wood’s finish. Natural variations in grain and tone are inherent characteristics of teak.
Upholstery Care: Clean regularly using a soft cloth or vacuum with a gentle upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately without rubbing. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Use cleaning products appropriate for the specific upholstery material. Rotate removable cushions periodically to maintain their shape and comfort. Natural creasing, texture variations and gradual ageing may occur with regular use. Professional cleaning is recommended when necessary.

Warranty

Frame: 20 years. Upholstery: 5 years. Every House of Mozambeak sofa is made with attention to craftsmanship, comfort and durability. Our limited manufacturing warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use, subject to the applicable warranty period. What’s Covered Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in teak wood and structural frames, joints, foam, suspension systems, upholstery (fabric, genuine leather and faux leather), stitching, hardware and factory-applied finishes under normal residential use. What’s Not Covered The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cushion softening, fabric pilling, natural variations in wood grain and leather, fading, scratches, stains, accidental damage, improper cleaning, excessive heat or moisture, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications. All claims are subject to inspection and verification. Eligible manufacturing defects will be addressed through repairs at no additional cost. House of Mozambeak follows a repair-first policy and does not offer routine replacements or exchanges, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Every House of Mozambeak sofa is thoughtfully manufactured against a confirmed order, incorporating the selected design, upholstery, configuration and finish.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned due to a change of mind.

This applies to all teak wood, genuine leather, fabric and faux leather sofas, including standard made-to-order and customised designs.

Returns & Replacements

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, customers retain their applicable rights to remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order.

Reporting an Issue

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report visible transit damage preferably within 48 hours, along with photographs and order details. This recommended reporting period does not limit your legal rights regarding defects discovered later. Contact us: founder@houseofmozambeak.com.

Resolution & Refunds
